Pickdrox Travelers
Skip the courier queues and delays — with Pickdrox, you can send or receive items through trusted travelers already on the road, bringing your package to its destination safely, easily, and budget-friendly.
How does it work?
From submitting your pickup request to real-time tracking and secure delivery —
here's how Pickdrox makes sending and receiving items simple and stress-free.
Book Parcel
Search for travelers already heading toward your parcel destination and choose the best match for your delivery needs. Submit your parcel request with parcel details, pickup and drop-off locations, preferred date, and item size to get started quickly and easily.
Traveler Approves Your Request
A traveler on your selected route will review and approve your parcel request. For added safety, choose verified travelers with ratings and reviews from other users. Once approved, you’ll receive instant confirmation and contact details for coordination.
Hand Over the Parcel
Coordinate a safe and convenient meeting point with the traveler to hand over your parcel. Once the parcel is collected, you’ll receive important details like contact information, pickup confirmation, and delivery status updates through the app.
Real-Time Delivery Updates
Track your parcel journey from pickup to final delivery directly through the app. Receive timely updates and delivery status notifications at every step, so you always know the latest parcel location and delivery progress in real time.
Secure OTP Delivery
To ensure complete safety, the receiver must confirm the delivery by entering a unique OTP code. This added layer of verification ensures the package goes into the right hands and prevents any unauthorized or mistaken handovers.
Pay the Traveler Directly
Once your parcel is successfully delivered and confirmed, you can pay the traveler directly through cash or online payment. This keeps the delivery process simple, transparent, and convenient for both customers and travelers.
